Major Mutual Fund and Investment Provider: Enhancing Online Experiences
Challenge: A major institutional investment firm wanted to assess the value of its shareholder site as part of an initiative to update the site and ensure its ongoing relevance.
Objective: Plan-it explored how shareholders use the site and its role within their other investment information resources.
Solution: Through shareholder interviews, Plan-it evaluated the current and potential redesign of the site for relevance, clarity of content and messaging and overall ease-of-use and navigability. Additionally, Plan-it assessed how well the new site delivered on the brand’s core values and whether it would encourage increased usage of the site as an information source.
Result: Recommendations were made to move forward with the site redesign with some refinements in messaging and navigation, which were implemented by the client.
