Challenge: Plan-it worked with Northern Light Technology to launch its higher level search engine for businesses.

Objective: To help Northern Light Technology better understand its target audience and the drivers that would motivate interest in the search engine.

Solution: Plan-it conducted a two-phase Quantitative study among more than 2,000 participants to help segment and profile the audience, ultimately to identify opportunity groups.

Result: Plan-it helped position the new brand for launch and made recommendations to ensure ease of use and impact of the site, including targeted ideas for various segments. Northern Light far exceeded its “new visitor” launch goals and quickly became ranked as the number one search engine in its category based on the percentage of web information available on one site.
