Regional Bank: Combatting a Negative Trend
Challenge: A major regional bank was experiencing a decline in lending from its commercial business.
Objective: To gain an in-depth understanding of commercial clients’ views and intentions on business investment, business confidence and borrowing, ultimately to identify opportunities for growth.
Solution: Plan-it partnered with the bank to conduct an Exploratory Study, which included extensive interviews with both potential lending customers and CPAs/Business Advisors.
Result: The results of this study led Plan-it to recommend potential new products and services and a communications plan to help reinvigorate commercial business lending from the bank.
