Challenge: A well-known investment provider was developing a mobile app to educate new young investors on how to trade effectively and, ultimately, drive them to become traders.
Objective: To identify the messaging and approach that would most effectively engage this target audience and drive trial of the new app.
Solution: Plan-it conducted a concept communications exploratory among the young investor audience across multiple markets.
Result: Based on the findings, Plan-it made recommendations for the developing the optimal communications approach, including specific tactics and messaging to drive trial of the app and, ultimately, consideration of the brand.
