Major Office Supply Retailer: Private Label Brand
Challenge: Plan-it has partnered with a major office supplies retailer on multiple initiatives to provide consumer- and business-based insights and solutions to help the brand become the leading office supply retailer.
Objective: To understand the mindset and behavior of purchasers of its store branded products, ultimately to understand how to drive increased store brand purchases across all business customers.
Solution: Plan-it conducted focus groups among office product business decision-makers who buy the brand’s private label products.
Result: Findings and insights from this study were used as input to prepare directors for an internal strategy session.
