William Gallagher: Prospective Messaging
Challenge: William Gallagher Associates, a specialized insurance brokerage services firm, and its agency White Rhino, were engaged in a initiative to optimize recruitment strategies to attract new producers to the firm.
Objective: To understand the qualities shared among top producers to guide messaging and strategies aimed at new recruits.
Solution: Plan-it conducted an exploratory study of in-depth phone interviews among top producers to understand their background/career path that led them to WGA, key aspects of the job that attracted them to the firm, and their perspective on critical attributes or qualities a successful producer must have.
Result: Plan-it used insights to help develop “best practices” recruiting strategies for WGA producers.
